What part of the DFW area are you looking to move to? From the far east part of Dallas County to the far west side of Tarrant County is apx of 1.5 hours at 60mph non-stop and apx 35 min north to south on i35 for either county (if there is no traffic)! I was raised in Ft. Worth, have maintained my contacts as much as possible even though I no longer live in Tarrant County, and have quite a bit of knowledge about the Dallas area also. Hello from Michigan. I don't have any profound things to add to the discussion at this point but do have a question. I'm hoping to find a church in the DFW area, and the link for Central Dallas Church on the Links page does not work. A Google search does not turn up a page for Central Dallas Church, so I'm back at square one, without any idea of how to go about finding a Gal328 type of church in the area. Does anyone have an updated link or perhaps firsthand knowledge of the churches in DFW? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess that news story about the 81-year-old Sunday schoolteacher being dismissed for being female got me heated up enough to fully cook a blog post that's been simmering for a long time: Worship, Gifts and Women.
